Advice and representation

At Community, we’re proud of the advice, support and representation we provide to our members, all of which involve fighting for better pay, rights and recognition in the workplace.

Through our Service Centre team, trade union representatives and organisers, we offer support and guidance on a number of issues at work, both collectively and individually, enforce equality and health and safety practices, and ensure that our members’ voices are heard, and their needs are met.

Find out more below on the types of advice and representation we offer.
