Recruitment Day at Port Talbot Support Centre

Community hosted a recruitment day for T3 Training and Atlas Professionals this month at the Support Centre in Port Talbot.

The event consists of several presentation sessions from both organisations throughout the day. The idea behind the sessions was to offer support & opportunities to locals who have transferable skills sets which allows transition into the energy sector whether that is Oil & Gas or Renewables.

Atlas Professionals runs Greenhand / New Entrant programme which allows a pathway for talent to get a start in the industry, since the Grenhand Induction Programme inception in 2018 they have successfully placed 730 individuals offshore.

Atlas are hoping to support the talented individuals who they met at the event to start a new career in the energy sector with 3t as training partners who can deliver industry specific training.
