We believe in the power of local communities, and the incredible and lasting impact that can be made when individuals come together for a common cause. That is where our Listen campaign comes in.
Listening is a fundamental part of our work as a trade union, and In Your Community work, and that’s why we’re working directly with our members, trade union representatives and local communities to capture passions and build relationships and projects that result in meaningful change, build community and identify concerns.
We will achieve this through one-to-one listening conversations, and meetings ran by Community Champions and your regional teams.
We know first hand how brilliant our members are, and we want you to know that we’re here to listen and support you the unique needs of your local community.
