Steve Millman

Seat held: Logistics sector representative

Steve began working for the AA in 1989, quickly becoming union representative for his department and taking part in national negotiations on behalf of his colleagues. 

Since then he has taken responsibility for supporting and training local reps as well as for different groups of membership.  In 2013 Steve was elected to the position of trustee director of the AA pension scheme. 

As part of the transfer of another union, the IDU into Community in 2020, Steve now sits on Community’s National Executive.
