Nannies
Nannies play a pivotal role in the steady and consistent development of the children they care for, understanding their needs and offering vital security while parents are away. However, who is there to offer security to the nanny if things go wrong? That is where Community come in!
Our team of education and early years advisors and reps are proud to fight for nannies across the UK dealing with issues such as working with difficult parents, lone working, nanny contracts, pay, sexual harassment, health and safety and much more. As a nanny, Community will always be there to help support and guide you through your career and any challenges or issues you face at work.
In 2020, Voice, the union for education professionals joined the Community family, and with it, brought centuries of experience and knowledge of representing nannies at work.
